What are your candles made of?

Our candles are made with clean-burning wax blends. Depending on the candle, we use either a 100% soy or a coconut apricot wax blend. Regardless of wax type, we never use phthalates, parabens, or other additives.

Soy Wax: 100% soy wax blend.

Coconut Apricot Wax: Custom blend of coconut, apricot, soy, and paraffin.

Are your candles vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes! Our candles are 100% vegan and never tested on animals.

Are your wicks lead-free?

Absolutely! We use 100% cotton wicks or wood wicks that are completely free of lead and other harmful materials.

Are your jars reusable?

Yes! Our ceramic and glass jars are meant to be reused. Clean them out and repurpose them for storage, plants, or decor.

Is your packaging recyclable?

It sure is! We use recyclable shipping materials and avoid plastic wherever possible.

Do you offer refills or candle recycling?

We’re working on it—stay tuned!

How long will it take to get my order?

We typically ship within 1-7 business days, depending on time of year. You'll receive tracking info as soon as your order is on its way!

Then shipping takes approximately 2-5 business days, as long as there are no mail carrier delays.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please reach out to us directly.

What if my candle arrives damaged?

Oh no! Email us with a photo and order number—we’ll make it right!

Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of our products, we can't accept returns on used candles—but if something isn’t right, we want to fix it. Contact us and we’ll help!

Can I cancel or change my order?

Because of our production process, we can only accept cancellations within 2 hours of placing the order.

In some cases, it might be possible to update your order. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, reach out to us ASAP and we’ll do our best to update your order if we can.

How do I make my candle last longer?

Trim your wick to 1/4" before each burn and let the wax melt to the edges on the first light to avoid tunneling.

For the absolute best scent throw, let your new candle sit unlit for 2 weeks before the first light.

Are your candles safe for pets?

While we use non-toxic ingredients, some scents (like essential oils) may not be pet-safe. We always recommend checking with your vet just to be sure.
